INTRODUCTION Above 150 mln. m 3 (~37.5 mln. tonnes taking into account of density coefficient as 0.25) of municipal solid wastes (MSW) are annually produced in Russia (Cherp and Vinichenko (1996; Korneev & Bukreev, 2001).
